Perrier et al. 2025 Int J Cancer (NOWAC) — pre-diagnosis physical activity reduces OVERALL + OTHER-CAUSE mortality in melanoma patients, but NOT significantly melanoma-specific mortality. Reinforces the competing-risk theme: exercise is a strong all-cause/CV lever, not a melanoma-recurrence intervention.
