Li et al. 2026 (J Med Internet Res / PMC13102330) — scoping review of ALL psychological FCR interventions across cancers. Two genuinely additive points for this patient: (1) FCR vs Fear-of-Progression are structurally DISTINCT constructs (patient = FCR target at Stage IB); (2) digital/online specialist-delivered FCR interventions are effective (5/6, 83.3% significant) — directly relevant given the patient's housing-instability/war-refugee context where reliable in-person access is uncertain.
