The MIA Sentinel-Node-Metastasis Risk model in thin (<1.0 mm) melanoma — national-utilisation evidence that DIRECTLY supports asking for an explicit calculated SLN-risk number at this patient's SLNB discussion, and shows the calculator is well-CALIBRATED in exactly his population. Fills a real gap: prior BIBs cite the MIA/MSKCC nomograms in passing (BIB012/013) and the contested GEP route (BIB405 i31-GEP/DECIDE), but none anchored the validated clinicopathologic MIA model's calibration + real-world (mis)use specifically in thin melanoma.
