Post-WLE analgesia for a patient on ramipril — NSAIDs are CONTRAINDICATED (dual-whammy AKI mechanism); paracetamol 1 g QDS is the safe, evidence-supported alternative. CORRECTS an inconsistency in TASK24 §24.0 item 12, which incorrectly lists "ibuprofen if no GI issues" for this patient. TIME-CRITICAL: surgery 2026-05-26 in 9 days.
